So yesterday I got call from my manager that he recommended me for promotion of PA to A but I’ll completely my 2 years on 12th December
I’m eligible for a promotion?
If yes when will I get it?

Nope it doesn’t work as such. You have to complete minimum 30 months from DOJ to be eligible. Either ur manager is lying or isnt aware of new criterias

Nice . I am just wondering how you can be promoted within 2 years. The promotion period is 30 months for A, right?
