I was kept of calls from past two months and I requested to give me a proper training again before I get into the mock call. I requested over the email and personally as well, but Google tag implementation team process management has not taken my request and directly took me 1 mock call, where I I couldn’t able to clear later, there was the second mock call, but I was fed up of how I was treated when I face some technical issue with the laptop. Eventually, I said I’m done with this and I resigned.

Before all this there are so many instances happened with other associates but has not been escalated like as my case, I don’t know whether it we should call it as a partiality or not. I don’t know.

Starting, I thought they are trying to support me that the reason they gave me a 10 days of leave, but that lead to 2 months and without having any work, I was coming to the office sitting quietly doing other courses until I get further update

Before putting me into the PIP, they have taken two more calls where the second call was absolutely perfect, but there was no case ID created it just done via Google Meet.

thereafter, I have spoken to the HR. She said you’re not going to be taken in the process look for the other opportunity. This was her sentence and yeah I have received an offer from HSBC, but when I asked for early relief, they convinced me that you will be kept under PIP and again, they will be a two moguls , that’s the reason even I wanted to back into the process. I have gone through few topics, but yeah, I have requested over email stating that I need few trainings according to this, but they haven’t considered anything and directly put me on mock call, which led as above. I mentioned what has happened.

HR has confirmed me that I will be getting 24 days salary but I don’t know that I should complete the clearance automation before 20th as I applied my resignation on 18th which let not receiving salary and I’m completely depended on my salary. Now. I have zero balance, even if I want to go to other office to work or to eat and stay

So the only way is death, cause I can’t face this world. I can’t face this unfaithful which has happened to me, and I don’t want this to be happened with any other employee.
