First thing first inform your reporting manager if possible mail it from your Mobile, then submit the complaint copy.

The NSS team can block device access with the help of asset id. In so raise GSD immediately

No ,you need to complain to the police station where the theft happened and then need to submit the FIR copy to CTS ,then they will claim insurance for your lost laptop.

It happend at my native place, I'll submit the fir copy, will they track the device ? If it get connect to internet? also how can i get the new device to resume my work
