Trending @Cognizant; My Assignments: Billability role!

I recently promoted from PA to Associate effective July, But in 'My assignments' it's showing my billability role as 'PA'. My manager after changed after promotion and he's saying Client and leadership is encouraging more PAs in the project. Any guesses what will happen. The SO ID during allocation also showed PA and it's not promotion eligible!

It's kinda funny in my case 😂, I didn't get any promotion to Associate, still in my assignments, the bilability role is of Associate.

Sounds like a mix-up. Talk to HR or your manager to sort it out. Ensure your promotion is correctly updated in the system.
