Trending @Cognizant; Moving another Organization. Need Advice!!
I got offer from Ltimindtree with 40% hike also I accepted it now my remaining process and all going on I decided to go through how the ltimindtree is performing on Grapevine I thought of did I make a mistake, in cts I have been working for 3 years with rotational shifts, havinga health issues also no career growth in this project. Also I saw some posts regarding Ltimindtree there's also not going anything good. I am completely blank now. Please suggest me some good advice. Thanks in advance 🙂
If you're not getting here anything even after 3 years l..and also will not get anything here this year too most probably..you should join the new one.. might that can be good for you.. atleast you got 40%.. give interview to other organisations as well that will be pretty good
If you are getting a retention offer from Cognizant it's better to stay in Cognizant. As a new company you will have to prove your worth. And 40% is not that much of hike I consider your YOE As 3 years at this stage you can easily get a 100% raise.
Are you serving 90 days notice period?
