Trending @Cognizant; Minimum working hours
Can someone confirm minimum working hours in hybrid model for Cognizant where we need to go to office 2-3 days in a week
Atleast 6hrs in office for 3 days a week is must.
For sure it's not so, unless its specific to your project or your manager forcing it. For my project my manager said min 5 hrs 30 mins and 3 days. However, the hybrid model says 2-3 days so ideally 2 days should be fine (I had also confirmed this with one more SM) unless your or my manager comes back and checks only on all these.
I stay for an hour or so, going twice a week. Never got a call from HR
Maintain atleast 6 hours in office to avoid any such escalations from HR team.
Ideal time is 4 hours swipe in. But, there is no official email saying that you should be present in office for this many hours. So, you can come swipe in stay for sometime and then leave.
Hmm, my manager had asked for 5:30 hrs but I heard 5 hrs will do, let me see if I get any mail, will keep the post updated on how it goes 🙂
Depends on project . For me it's 6hrs (according to my managers). Bt have seen peeps from other projects staying barely 2 hrs.
Don't think it's true, my teammates got HR mail for staying less than 4 hrs
Mostly there is no minimum hours in maximum projects. You can stay for 5mins too
