As per news ,all associates will get only a 2-3% hike this year..This shows that our New CFO and CEO both are from employee exploiting backgrounds...
Firstly they changed the cycle and gave less increment in April 2023 stating that 6 months ago we have given increment. Now they delayed increment by 6 months and still giving less increment
We are going to get e letter for hike in couple of weeks in mid august .. not sure about hike percentage
I seriously started hating this company..
It seems to be true because cognizant ceo is highest paid ceo among tech companies and cognizant also settles issue with wipro which happened because of nee cfo. So this money has to go from employees pocket only after all they are cxo level candidates. Cognizant cxo level employees must set example by taking cut in the salary as they are highly overpaid for the job they do like firing people on bench.
Cognizant easily paid 5 Lac USD to settle that case with Wipro
I was feeling disheartened by thinking we will get 8-10%. No words after seeing 2-3%!!!
Cognizant really needs to think of its employees.
10hrs working a day, 90days notice period, “Significant Least” hikes.
So true, I never saw such bad leaders.
