Does any of you guys enrolled and take top up in mediassist portal? I did it on 24th and my money deducted and got confirmation mail but in portal it was showing pending, yesterday got money return back. No how to enroll again ans take top up ?
I request you to don't take any kind of topup because at the time of reimbursement which I am facing currently is lot mental harassment from mediassist. No proper amswers over call/emails. Not approving the claim as expected. Now i have escalated it to HR of CPO and they are acting as middleman but still not much luck. Everyday i have to take some higher person in the email chain. Now in my next email, I have to take Cathy Diaz in the mail chain where she should be aware about the issues of Mediassist and CTS colleague. If there is any option i would also ask Cathy that I don't want any kind of insurance from CTS and give me that part of amount in my salary instead. Better buy topup from some other company.
Yes CTS insurance is useless. No PED Coverage,15% Co Pay for Parents , lot of treatment/diseases excluded. Trust me bro they know all this too but still continue with Medi Assist ,New India Assurance is not good. ICICI Lombard,HDFC Ergo is far better. I really feel cheated paying 19k/year with worst benefits. Instead I can buy better coverage in personal coverage with this amount . But uk they dont care for employees nor our opinions
