Trending @Cognizant; Managers not giving early release

Hi all,

I resigned on June 1st. My health has not been good for the last few months and I have got a new job as well. I go to client office and have informed them that my health is not well as I had contracted pneumonia and bronchitis, and was hospitalized as well.

It's been over a month and after asking my HCM and PM. HCM says that the PM will share a profile with the client for my replacement and PM says that he has not received any profile. Buyout is not an option for me (only option that I've to pay 5x of my monthly salary — that i can't afford).

What should I do? They have never been supportive to me at all during my whole tenure here. Looking for some advice. I want to take some break from work and recover.
