Trending @Cognizant; Manager not releasing me from project even after my serious medical condition

Hii It’s been a year i have been working here in Cognizant . I’m currently undergoing treatment for some xyz serious disease who’s treatment will last till Dec end . Two weeks back overnight my project get Changed and manager isn’t concerned about my disease . And asking me to report from that particular city odc and he’s not approving my timesheets and from his end applying leaves on my behalf from my leaves balance . I talked to Hr submitted them all medical reports and doctor’s advice still they are not doing anything . Nor they are releasing me . My manager is not replying me nor picking up my calls . How can i escape from this situation. Even hr is asking me to apply leave or loss of pay. And they are not counting my tru time from other office of CTS and applying leave on my behalf
