I have over 2+ yrs experience as SA and more than 10 years of total experience. How to get M level promotion.
Staying in same account , there are no promotions from SA to M. Shall i change project? It creates an uncertainty of being om bench.
Apply for promotion eligible IJM role and if you selected then you can move from current project to new project with promotion without any bench.
What about KT period. That will be 2 months. No one will take someone who has kt period of 2 months and give promotion
I am SA from last 3.5 years, having 4 rating fro last 2 years, recently join the new project, the project SO is promotion eligible as M, but still manager are not going to give me promotion, I had a lot discussion with them. Now they said we will see your performance on this new project and then give you promotion.
For to apply IJM, you need to talk to superviser. Superviser approval is required to apply for IJM SO. Superviser can deny the request only once. When you raise second time, superviser cannot reject the request. For IJM SO, by default KT period is 4 weeks or something..
