I have asked for a sick leave today . Yet my manager has asked me to apply loss of pay. I have 30 leaves in my bucket. And 4 sick leaves left. What should i do?

Strictly apply for sick leave ONLY. For further assistance please reach out to HR. If you don’t get help from them, send email to HR keeping your manager’s supervisor in loop. Are you from BPO domain?

If you are genuinely sick apply for the leave and attach the supporting documents. If he rejects the leave then contact HR.
