I joined as a fresher in cognizant and looking for a project from 7months. I was pinging to managers and applying in tmp as well but no response from senior managers and some managers are saying that looking for experienced ,without giving project how can a fresher become experienced.I think this is not correct way of dealing with freshers everyone starts there journey as fresher.

Try searching for other companies. You are already trying whatever you can

Are you from AIA , if yes then you will have too many hurdles unless someone recommends you. Forget about freshers even 4 year experienced weren’t getting projects in AIA.
Talk to your PM , they may help you
