Hi Everyone,

I recently got an interview opportunity for an Oracle HCM Technical role but wasn’t confident enough to take it on short notice due to my limited project experience. I realized that I need to prepare better and be ready for such opportunities in the future.

If anyone from the Oracle HCM EPS Technical team has interview notes, resources, or key topics they have used for interview preparation, I would really appreciate it if you could share them. Any guidance on BIP, HCM Extracts, HDL, RTF, eText, and important HCM tables would be extremely helpful.
