Trending @Cognizant; Looking for a switch? Any suggestions appreciated

Hi everyone, I was hired by cognizant and was trained in Salesforce, but I was on the bench for almost 1.2 yrs and got in a project from the last 6 months. I would say I have not learned much from the project, I don't have any certificates. What should I do?

Do admin and app bulder certifications for starters. Learn basics of LWC. Make a scratch org and practice. Youtube & udemy has basic courses which you can do.
