Don't worry try to search in the talent market and keep on applying for multiple projects as you said you have numerous skills and also try to switch with those skills. As long as your are on the bench as a fresher you will have time compared to experienced people even during the layoff time no body touches the PA and PAT'S as per my knowledge only people with high package will get effected by all these cut cutting methods.

As I have completed 1.5 year in same organisation with no real time project experience which feels stuck and also i have applied for tmp but there are no responses back from hiring managers

As of now you don't need to worry about the bench period. Focus on getting a project first, try to reach out to hiring managers through teams once you apply from the portal. Some of my friends went through the same scenario ( with no proj experience) and were forced to resign after 2.5 yrs. I would suggest to keep looking for opportunities outside the organisation as well .

I am applying in talent market place but all getting rejected and i am also not able to find the projects suitable for my experience. Im a PA. Will i be terminated once i complete 2 years?are there any other ways to search for projects? Can we contact anyone for project?

You can reach out to the hiring managers once you apply to a project from TMP (expect a delayed response). Other than that maintain your contacts with your friends from previous project as well as with people from your training time and ask them of they have vacancies in their project.
