How is leave encashment in FNF given , any calculation, how much for one leave and how many max leaves are encashed

Till your resignation date whatever earned leaves you have , you will get full pay for the leaves.. leaves accumulated during notice period it will be basic only

I believe its just the basic which you get. Monthly basic as per latest breakup. (MonthlyBasic/30)*NoOfLeaves
