Cognizant wants me to resign as i have served more than 35 days on bench and they will not allow me to serve the bench period but i have doubt will it affect my next joining,i mean hr will ask why there is gap then what will I say

Gap is when it's greater than 6 months. And, you can give excuse on medical or any other reasons.

No other company will ask you that. If you are taking leaves then you have to produce otherwise no need.

My personal hearing is tomorrow and it's just 3 days on bench my aging on TMP is 3 days only I recently got into ADP tomorrow likely they will force me to resign so could you please let me know how much they gonna pay me 3 or 5 months salary?
