I worked at Infosys for 2 years and joined Cognizant in 2022. I'm eligible for the July 2025 hike. How much of a hike do they usually give in such cases, and what can I expect?

I think the hike percentage is same for all either lateral or joined as PAT. It just depends on your rating.

As a lateral joinee last year I got the same hike as others
so if u are a lateral no difference in hike
