I received termination letter on my 49th day of bench aging. They have mentioned to resign within 7days so that there will be no issue if I wnat return back to Cts in future. I am going to resign in one day. As I received termination letter I did not have any HR in person connect like others to discuss and negotiate with them regarding payment. Any input or any information from anybody? Will I get 3months pay or 5months pay... or 3months full with 2month basic..?
Didn't get any project in bench period?
No.. most of them kept on hold for second round.. third round and later said to look for other projects. One of the project selected me but the process of allocation and tagging will take time... and no more time left for me..
Same With me even after getting project but not mapped on TMP I got termination
But I didn't resign
I accept the termination with 3 months full with normal resignation letter not mentioned like you are terminated
Mnr told me don't resign so I didn't
Connect to your higher authority
I would suggest get in touch with your HCM/ service line lead and talk to them if the project has selected you, That means you are taken. And soft locked for the project.
This might be an automated email forward this email to your HCM tag the recruitment team and hr and the service line lead in the email and Ask for the next steps.
I tried.. Manager saying that he sent request to his superior but no response from them as they are occupied with client/work. On the other side they given me time till yesterday EOD to get any kind of update regarding allocation.
