I have been forced to resign from cognizant. My LWD was on 30th April 2024. The HR forced me to resign saying they will give me 5 months of salary. I am yet to receive the money.

In releving/experience letter , will they include our project billable months only? Or they will take whole project + bench months?

I was on PDP for 1 month. After that On ADP where ageing starts. In ADP 52 days, after which they sent a Show Cause mail, after which they forced me to resign. I joined cognizant in January 2022. I was at PA level when I resigned.
