Trending @Cognizant; Lack of appreciation for honest and hardworking employees in CTS.
I worked in CTS for 2 years as a fresher. They gave me laptop and charger. Not even laptop bag or headphones. Since last two years everyday I'm clocking more than 12 hours working and still haven't received any appreciation letter, or mail or gift worth 10 rupees. I'm getting 30k per month and still they want me to come to office. So now I'm traveling 25km daily one side to office in Pune(Hinjewadi) traffic. Want to know how much increment I received for my 5 star rating performance?..... 1350/month. My petrol expenses are more than double of it. I'm writing this at 2.57am because I can't sleep. Too much frustration.

I can completely relate with you , they will suck your blood till the last drop. Get out of it. They are just exploiting us ..
You can request for laptop bag and headphones from 1C portal. Don't expect anything more than this if you are staying here!
Other people alteady suggested, just switch and move to a better workplace with handsome salary. Satying here wont help you, Rightly said, there no appreciation, no gifts no vouchers no awards no motivation, i myself has to ask foe cheers points in my 2 different project then onlt they gave given it, but thats also not worth asking for. Whole point is just pick your salary and keep slogging like a maniac for client thats what CTS wants from us.
