I have shared the evil practices of Mr Ravi, CEO of cognizant on X and he noticed my profile. Most probably he saw my post against him. I ask you all to raise your voice against the management and bad policies of Cognizant on X using the hastag #ResignWorstCEORavi . Maybe it will not make a big difference but at least let's show them that we are frustrated and we too can take a stand against the wrong.
Bro understand your frustration and voicing out on everyone’s behalf but be cautious , these corporate culprits might create negative name on your profile and go to an extent to black list your profile .. it shouldn’t impact your career when u switch to other company and MNCs .. this culprit had followed u and he would have tried enquiring your cognizant profile too… just be cautious and use different platform to give feedback
Thank you bro for your kind suggestions. I will keep this in mind. Anyways I have a gut feeling in the near future he will resign or the management will change some policies.
Wish he resigns, when I google Ravi ceo salary I can also Notice he is highest paid CEO.. where as we who work in his company don’t even get good appraisals.
No one is fool enough to do it on X. Be smart and vent on glassdoor or someother place. Make sure to use a different account.

Good for you. You might have already left cognizant or maybe on notice period. That's not same for everyone. Plus retaliation from company.

The worst and useless thing I feel now when we receive emails we have done collaboration from AI team /xyz team and aquire xyz companies .The employees which are in the company it self are crying for the appraisal and growth and they are busy in acquiring and enhancing the useless things
