Trending @Cognizant; Job timings change

I was told that I’d be working in 9-7 during my onboarding. And now it is expected of me to work from 2 to 11 because of my project

I don’t think I would want to work in these hours ? Do I have the credibility to question this?

Work hours depend on the client.
If youre not comfortable with your shift timings, you can ask your project manager to talk to the client and get approval for different work hours. If the client is not ready for that, you can ask for shift bonus, which comes monthly and would bring around 5k. Last option is for you to ask for release from the project citing health concerns due to work hours.

They will definitely provide. Your PM has to be approve it as the amount is paid from the project budget.

Whenever you go for a project discussion ALWAYS check the timings along with your role & responsibilities. And, you can decide if everything fits.
