Trending @Cognizant; Job Search Dilemma

I've been applying for jobs for the past 5 months but haven't received any interview calls. On Naukri, recruiters view/download my resume, but there's no follow-up. I currently have 2 years and 10 months of experience as a PA, and due to eligibility criteria, my promotion is delayed. I'm not hopeful about getting promoted this year.

I'm planning to wait until I complete 3 years and then putting my papers. But I'm worried - could my 3 months notice period be the reason I'm not getting interview calls? Will I get interview calls while serving notice period?

In my POV you should stay here, upskill yourself and search for a job in parallel. You should never put your papers without any offer. And for getting calls, you should put 15 days or 1 month in your Naukri profile. Later when you get a call from them you can say its 3 months but it is negotiable.

Okay, Thanks. Do I need to mention that I am serving notice period in Naukri and LinkedIn?

Is auto promotion will happen if my rating is 3 or above after completing 3 yrs?

Promotion criteria for PA to A is 30 months experience, RTO as per your project, billability and utilization. If you meet this criteria, you should have been promoted by now. If not, you can take this with HR.
