Hi , Right now I have 4 yrs of experience in cts. But recently last week Friday I recieved job moves mail .what is this means Can anyone explain me

Ohkk don't kw what is happening because I have worked in previous projects under associate role manager and also under SA role manager .
Now the project which I am working is very toxic manager n also team is not good at all.
I am thinking if I change the project ,
My concerns are
Wil my current home manager release me because I joined recently in July to the current project
And the second one is if I get released from current project then I wil go to bench and projects concern wil I get or not
Is this IJM??
Can anyone explain ?? Even I want to know.
