I’m currently part of the billing team BPO and have about 1.5 years of experience. My education is in finance and data analysis. Right now, I don’t have a job offer, but I’m thinking of resigning because I want to switch to a role more aligned with my skills. Can you advise me on whether I should resign without another offer, and help me plan my next career move?
