Trending @Cognizant; It's really depressing

Being on the other end and then conveying to your colleague who has been your friend all throughout the year that you have got 1.5% as a yearly hike during their appraisal discussion is just so "Depressing". Just because someone wants things to go that way, why should the actual hard workers who really put in so much of their efforts suffer. Hoping for some motivation for those going through this phase. Times will change🤞Stay Strong everyone.
