Trending @Cognizant; ITIL, scrum, service management worth it?

Since most in CTS work in support projects, do you think ITIL certification and Scrum master certifications will help in landing a good CTC job after 3.5 years of experience in CTS.

My colleagues have rapidly upskilled and moved to other domains with 20LPA packages. I don't have the luxury to take a career break and upskill at least for 2 to 3 months because of family commitments. Suggestions would help!
