Since most in CTS work in support projects, do you think ITIL certification and Scrum master certifications will help in landing a good CTC job after 4 years of experience in CTS.
All my colleagues who have worked in this domain have rapidly up skilled and moved into other domains only. I have a confusion whether to continue in this or move to other domains?

ITIL & Scrum certs are totally different. You decide first if you want to drive agile delivery within a development team, or govern IT service operations and processes to ensure stability and compliance.
