Trending @Cognizant; Is VCDP Safer Compared to PDP/ADP for Bench Time?

Hi, I have 1.8 years of experience. I'm currently tagged under VCDP. I've been on the bench for over 60+ days, but TMP does not count aging it means ageing is 0 days. Is VCDP safer compared to PDP or ADP? Can someone explain or can an HR see this and explain, please?
