Trending @Cognizant; Is this is the sign of promotion?

Manager asked me details to be provided like total yr of exp, total CTS exp, previous promotion date, last three yrs rating. I joined 2022 and have completed 3 years in CTS as a SA. 6 month back I asked to my manager regarding promotion. Is this details regarding the promotion only? I have good rating but not followed the RTO. Can someone provide some lights on this please?
