In my case i received 2, Last 3 years I got 4,3,4 rating. I performed very well, got appreciation from teams, clients still it shows 2 to🥲.
Is there any way please help?

Just now, a call is scheduled with my manager regarding rating concern on tmrw? But I know they will mostly say , ratings are released so no option to change ratings now. So could you please help me with the counter question of what I will tell?
