Can you please let me know the criteria for the promotion of A to SA in cts. Its been 2 years i worked as associate .

Mine is more than 2 years and overall 8+ experience. My manager told me directly if you want promotion change the project i will give immediate release. Dont expect promotion here. Same goes with most of the projects.

My junior is 10+ YOE still A, but one of my reportees got promoted to SA recently and she got 8% hike that too along with 70k bonus included
