Trending @Cognizant; Is RTO:2.5 days is top most criteria for Q1 2025 promotion?

If your leads I. e EDL, Sr managers are okay then it's not top criteria it's all upto them
All the criteria mentioned by HR are top most -
Tenure at level - 30 months
Rating - 3 or more
RTO - 2.5 days/ week (Irrespective of your work model, this is what I got to know from HR)
Utilisation - more than 75%
Learning goals- 100%
2.5 days is average of whole month right ?
Like 10 to 12 days in a month irrespective of number of days in a week
Like somebody going 5 days in a week and for one week it's not going
So how they are going to measure each week individually or monthly average?
What is Tenure at level?
I am at PA level, so do I have to complete 30months from date I was promoted to PA or this 30 months is calculated from my doj?
Are they checking number of hours in office also?? Oerlse only days
