Yes the project manager will set the working model in the ESA portal. Some projects it may be 4 days or all days RTO but so far in most projects it’s 3 days RTO and 2 days WFH. Once set and communicated the project manager can take actions against the defaulters.

Yes. My director told me that they might link RTO with hikes. One of my colleague had her promotion rejected because of RTO issue
