Eventually the one who gets promotion will get less or no benefit of appraisal
There are promotions happening, however it all depends on the project. Also from PA to A, the criteria has changed I heard, better raise a GSD and check the promotion criteria. I vaguely remember the criteria as those who are 30 months and above in the current level are eligible.
Any HR or manger pls confirm this!!
