To be eligible for promotion, you should have completed at least 2 years at the associate level and received a performance rating of 3 or above in your last 3 evaluations. You may apply for promotion-eligible roles on TMP for any different account. Alternatively, if your current manager is able to process the promotion within your existing account, please check with them directly.
