Trending @Cognizant; Internal job move and one time request

Few days back I got a mail saying I qm eligible for promotion and and I can move yo promotion eligible post for this I was expected to raise one time request in TMP. Did that but my manager differed he told I would be considered in same project as I am a critical resource. Still it looks suspicious to me. Its been 2.5 + years since I joined cts serving aa Associate.
