Hi , I got an offer of 12lpa from infosys and in which 10% is variable, Can anyone mention what will be the inhand salary per month.

Fixed- 10.8lpa Variable - 1.2lpa

if you have breakup of salary, do share. because from your fixed, employer PF, gratuity will be deducted. Then whatever amount comes as gross salary, deduct employee PF and PT and that will be your in hand probably.

PS:- Infosys deduct mandatory some amount as donation to Infosys trust. No question asked. 😂😂
