Get permission from your Manager and Senior Manager/Project Manager. If they approve, you can work from the location of your choice. They will also initiate the location change process from their end.
The main challenge in this process is securing approval from your seniors, as they may require you to submit formal emails, which they can ignore also. Therefore, make sure to have a strong and valid reason prepared for relocation.

is ther any ticket raising or something we should do ?

No. I have changed my location 3 times, I just informed my manager and they initiated the process and it got changed automatically. No tickets raised.
