I have been promoted through IJM, and my project allocation is completed. My role is updated as SA in the assignment details since the first week of December.

However, I am yet to receive the official promotion confirmation email and the updated e-letter. Please let me know when I can expect the same and please share more details about the IJM process.

You will get promotion email where effective date of promotion will be writte. From that date salary revision is effective.
