- Yes, such that company doesnt fall in legal issues. Suppose you leaked some data of your client. Your client will sue cognizant and cognizant will say, we have provided training to employee, so now whole blame will be passed to you n CTS will be free from legal charges.
- Their bosses. But in many service based companies its just a politics nothing else. If you are from my native place or you speak my language your rating will be good else no matter how hard you work it will not be shown in your ratings.

- From industrialisation era ..... HR practices of productivity measurement are not evolved, specially in India, HR function is glorified PAs and secretaries of leadership at best. The best they can think of is ..... more hours = more work.
Clearly defines they lack understanding or humans, resources utilisation and theory of motivation.

Well .... so.e of them should be, inspite of in practice for so many years... intelligent associates are sharing passwords or tailgating ..... so guess some mandatory are necessary. Skills training is questionable though.
-
Define management?? I understand you mean CxO and EVPs ..... CxO have KRAs set and reviewed by board.
