I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.

If WFH is allowed by your manager and HR, and you are not receiving Rto mails ,then they can't terminate you. As far as promotion is concerned , you have to check that with HR
