Trending @Cognizant; I was in project but next on bench

I was in project since 6 months and suddenly got mail that now you are on bench. I asked reason but they didn’t give me proper reason, since then I am on bench.

I don’t know what went wrong 😑. Do you guys know the reason behind this??

You were on project then were you doing project work? Or just allocated to project?

The contract didn't renew so they released you. Start looking outside..it would be good.

It was the same situation for me
I was in project for 6 months and released to bench because contract did not renew
And been trying to apply nd wait for projects but all are rejected
Trying to apply for other companies and not getting interview calls because i hv less than 2 years experience
