Trending @Cognizant; I want to complaint, where do I have to complaint?
My DOJ was extended by HR and now my promotion is deferred just because of late DOJ. This is kind of humiliation I feel. People who joined during my first DOJ is Associates now and I'm still PA till next June.
Where should I email? What's the best thing to escalate?
PA to A promotion happens every 3 months.
If you miss now it can happen in the next quarter.. but remember DOJ is only one criteria for promotion.. apart from that many other parameters are considered.. like Rating, RTO, certifications and many other parameters... From last quarter - quota concept has been considered... That means even though you are eligible you may or may not get into next level that quarter

I joined as programmer trainee. I completed 2 years on 21 june 2022. I am in billable project from May 2024. I am in non-billable project till dec 2023 with no work and got 3 rating. I am reporting to office from last week of May. I reported to office 12 days in a month not 3 days per week. My Hm nominated me in Aug. am i eligible for promotion& if so, when will mail come?
