No brother there is no auto promotion. Manager need to approve it, then only you’ll be getting promoted otherwise it’s difficult .

Because without a recommendation, it’s difficult

They are calculating all the criteria

Promotion list is out to home manager

They are, HR confirmed to me I am not in the list only because of this criteria. And they calculate average utilisation shown in Goperform for last 6 months.
