Trending @Cognizant; I need career advice

I am working in cognizant from last 5 years , i'm internally switch the job as a RPA developer, but this June I have completed one year still my salary is same , and also I don't like my manager behaviour he is like only focus on his favourite person in the team , he is like always there for the any situation and also he is doing her all queries and task. In my case if I text him for any problem he never seen msg and not given the solution, so should I switch the company?
