Some possible warning signs:

  1. Your workload is getting reduced (but the project workload isn’t)
  2. You’re not being looped in important emails and meetings
  3. Team members (senior ones) that were friendly with you are distancing themselves
  4. KT being given to other team members with similar skill sets
  5. Sudden increase in criticism of your work
