I joined CTS in the month of September 2023 as a SME in L&d team and during transition the process for shelved. Since then I am on bench and waiting for any call or message from any of the project. Most of my less experienced friends have got projects instantly and they are doing day shifts, wfh and what not. Only I am left with 10 years of experience and my location is Gurgaon. Since May 2024 , I was moved to bench and it shows 66days of ageing. Completed two calls with HR.. hiring manager, HR leadership, poc are not helping... Searching jobs in TMp not helping.. received warnings to get myself allocated in project within one week.. which I think is not possible . My job is to look for ajob and not a project, when will the company understand this.. Facing a huge sum of difficulties and in dire situation specially because of my family. HR are not understanding this and forcing me to resign which I don't want to. I came to work for a long time and withoutbworking for a single day has been moved to bench. Had it been perfomance issue, i wilould have understand. I am ready to work in any location and in any shifts, but not getting a single call or message from any HR or manager.
